Hi, I'm Katie (Cortes) Leininger. I’ve spent the last decade of my career founding and operating mission-driven businesses, from $0 to $65M in revenue.

I recently served for 5 years as CEO of a behavioral health SaaS company, KCare and ultimately as Co-CEO of its parent company Radicle Health. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across the international development, bioenergy, impact investing, space, fintech, and mental health sectors—with a consistent focus on driving positive change. I currently advise founders, CEOs, and family offices on strategy, M&A, and culture.

Outside of work, I love talking about mental health, nature, permaculture, music, and anything on two wheels.
